Creating Homemade Gifts with Linda Patterson - Saturday,
May 3rd, 2008
Bath Salts, Body Powders, Room Spritzers & Massage Oil -
10:AM - Noon During this workshop you will create homemade
bath salts, body powders, room spritzers and a customized
massage oil. There will be a demonstration on how to make
eye pillows, and suggestions for other ingredients that
will make your gift baskets both beautiful and
personalized. Everyone will leave with their own basket of
home made products! $35.00 Class Fee and $7.00 materials
fee.

Lotions, Lip Balms and Salves - 1:00PM - 3:00PM For those
of you who are eager to learn more about natural cosmetics,
during this workshop we will be making lotions, lip balms
and salves from scratch. We will be discussing essential
oils and the benefits they can have in both your lotions
and salves, some packaging techniques and what else you
might consider adding to your gift baskets. Everyone will
leave with their own basket of homemade products! $35.00
Class Fee and $7.00 materials fee.
Herbs for Allergy Season with Linda Patterson - Sunday May
4th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Come and spend an afternoon
learning about the different herbs that can ease and even
eliminate allergy symptoms! During this workshop we’ll
discus what causes the symptoms of allergies and the many
different remedies beneficial to those who suffer. We’ll
cover the liver and the great roll it plays in allergies,
hay fever and many other imbalances within the body. We’ll
touch on remedies for common infections during allergy
season, and the different methods of preparation for the
herbs specific to the respiratory tract. Class fee: $25.00

Creating “I AM” Affirmations - To support Your Intentions!
- Tuesday, May 6th, 6:30 - 8:30. We will show you how and
why creating “I AM” affirmations that support your
intentions can turn your dreams into reality. Learn to live
in joy as you make the choices that will create the reality
you desire. Experience the power of group energy when we
all speak our newly created affirmations together in
support of each individual’s intention. Teacher: Penny

Intuitive Tarot Workshop - 3 Classes and 1 Study Group,
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 9 pm. - 5/7, 5/14, 5/21 and 5/28. Forget
the books and free your intuition! Come learn the mystery
of tarot in 3 simple classes. You will be able to read the
cards almost immediately as you learn to trust your
intuition. We will learn intuitive tarot spreads and learn
to connect with your deck. Gain confidence in your self to
give tarot readings to others. Learn how tarot fits into
our lives today. We will also be looking at the importance
of choosing a deck that is right for you. Class fee $75.00.
Deposit of $35.00 due at time of registration, balance due

Herbal Certification Program with Linda Patterson -
Saturday, May 17th through November 1st. Some of things
that you will be learning are Tea blending, making
tinctures, flower essences, harvesting, ethical
wildcrafting, creating creams and lotions, infusing oils,
making salves, creating syrups, herbal skin care, herbs for
winter, the various herbal uses in regard to body systems
and their disorders, etc... Class dates: Saturdays, 5/17,
6/7, 7/12, 8/9, 9/13, 10/11 and 11/1. 10 am. - 5 pm.
Register now! $750.00 and $50.00 materials fee. Payment
arrangements available upon request.
Aromatherapy 2 Certification Program - Sundays, 5/18, 6/8,
7/13 and 8/18. This course was designed for those who want
to further their knowedge of essential oils, and bring
insight to those desiring tools for channeling information.
The educational goal is to expose people to different
methods of selecting essential oils. It begins with divine
intervention and using our intuitions, as well as,
pendulums as tools for dowsing. From there our journey
takes us to kinesiology where we will learn to communicate
directly with the body. In doing so we are able to select
the oils best suited for each condition. Finally our
journey is completed with the chemistry of essential oils.
By delving into the chemical makeup of these complex oils
and using their constituents to determine our selections,
we ingrain their properties into our repetoire of
knowledge. These methods of blending are guided by body,
mind and spirit. They are synergistic and balance our
knowledge as aromatherapists. This course also covers
reflexology as a mode of transporting the oils into the
body. Learning the reflexes allows us to promote healing
from the inside out and gives us one of the greatest tools
of absorption for essential oils. This course covers: 20
essential oils, pendulums as a tool of divination,
reflexology, blending by intuition, kinesiology/muscle
testing, chemistry, 4 different methods of blending. CEU's
available for all courses offered. Class Fee: $400.00 and

Recognize Your Personal Power - Tuesday, May 20th, 6:30 -
8:30. Self esteem … Everyone tells us we need it but how do
we get it? Discover and release judgment of yourself and
others. The words we use create our reality . . . We will
play with words to create the reality you desire. And lots

Wildcrafting 101 with Linda Patterson - Begins June 1st.
Learn to ethically harvest and process wild herbs! 3 Days
stalking wild things native to Cape Cod. Spring session -
roots. Summer session - upper plant, flowers and leaves.
Fall - seeds, berries, barks etc... Follow in the footsteps
of Cape Cod herbalists and healers of the past. Class
dates: 6/1, 8/3 and 10/26. Class Fee: $150.00. $15.00
materials fee.
The Art of Creating Homemade Mead with Desirée Cohen. -
Wednesday, June 4th, 6:30 - 8:30. Learn the ancient art of
creating honey-based libations. This demonstration will
include all the steps to successfully brew your own mead.
We will discuss the differences between mead and wine, the
do's and don'ts, shortcuts, and helpful hints to create
powerful potions. There will be sampling and recipes
provided. Class Fee: $35.00 and $15.00 material fee for 21
page handout and Meade and Wine samples. This is a 21+
class!
