the ocean and captivated by the shapes and colors of its

studying with Michelle Hanson you can learn to listen
again---- and understand. Using overhead images and actual
shells, Michelle leads you on an ocean voyage of discovery
as you witness mollusks, the animals who build and inhabit
shells, in their natural habitats. You will meet vampires
and heroes, encounter demonstrations of intelligence and
compassion, and learn who contributes life-saving
medicines. Your ocean journey will also show you which
shells reflect the lessons of faith, inspiration,
abundance, and unconditional love. While you may delight in
the beauty of certain shells, if you listen closely, you
can receive deeper wisdom. Over the past 20 years Michelle
has learned to translate the language of the shells. The
enlightenment she has gained has transformed her life and
the lives of many others. By the end of this workshop, you
too will be translating the language of the shells as they
effortlessly impart their wisdom to you.

shells and the vocabulary they have created.
Experience hands-on interaction with many of the shells
Michelle has collected from all over the world
Discover how shells can support energy work with emphasis
on the Abalone/chakra connection.
Perform your own seashell readings using the Ocean Oracle
system.

With a nickname of Shelley, Michelle is convinced that the
hand of destiny pointed the way for her career choice. Her
childhood fascination with shells grew into a lifelong
study that did not stop after her biology degree. Convinced
there was something more than just the science, she pursued
a deeper understanding of the shells. What she found was
that the shells possess their own unique language with each
species contributing a pearl of wisdom. With seashells as
her partners, she has spent 20 years learning to translate
this vocabulary into a system that allows the shells to
connect with our innermost thoughts and feelings. Through
her seashell divination column in The Kaleidoscope Journal,
and her book Ocean Oracle; What Seashells Reveal about Our
True Nature, she is delighted to make the language of
shells accessible to all. As she is fond of saying "I love
